AWLC Building Renewal Plan

We continue the transition from planning and design to testing and engineering - and have begun to get some of the results. While we have received some results, like asbestos (we have none) and soils (we can still use our 1987 report), mechanical, plumbing, and structural design are still in progress, with some additional information needed. We have compiled our first round of bids from contractors, and are in the process of reviewing. The Property Team has already made some notes, and the Leadership Council will review them on 6/20. While most costs are coming in at roughly what we anticipated, there may be some unexpected project management costs that we could be facing. We will have more detail - and some recommendations - at our congregational budget meeting. As always, contact any of our Leadership Council or Property Team members if you have any questions.
