Pray the Scripture
Scripture
Monday
David turns to the Lord in distress, confident that God hears the prayers of those who belong to him. Because the Lord alone gives true security, the believer can rest in peace even when circumstances remain unsettled.
Prayer
Lord, hear me when I call and give me confidence in your mercy. Quiet the fears and frustrations that trouble my heart, and keep me from answering anxiety with anger or sin. Let the joy of your grace be greater than anything this world can give, and grant me peaceful rest in your care. Amen.

Pray the Church Year
Sundays Theme:
It’s Time to Invite the Unworthy
God has a spiritual feast and invites everyone! We don’t make ourselves worthy. The Lord invites the unworthy to receive grace.
Read the Following:
• Isaiah 25:6–9 — The banquet is enjoyed by those who trust in the LORD.
• Romans 1:16–17 — We are saved through faith alone.
• Matthew 22:1–14 — The king gives us the privilege of inviting people to his wedding banquet.
